Women's Fitness Classes

These classes are designed for all ages and abilities
targeting all those areas that we women have to keep in
check! A fun yet informative session in an all female, friendly and sociable environment:

  • Power Tone - A low impact aerobics class with body bars/resistance bands, targeting the upper body.
  • Empower your mind as well as your muscles by performing basic moves to music
Classes:   Monday 20:15 – 21:00   Cost: £4.00
             
  • Body Conditioning - Low impact, mainly mat based
    exercises concentrating on the stomach, thighs and
    bottom. Achieve that leaner look you’ve always wanted.
Classes:   Tuesday 13:00 – 13:45   Cost: £4.00
