Women's Fitness Classes
These classes are designed for all ages and abilities
targeting all those areas that we women have to keep in
check! A fun yet informative session in an all female, friendly and sociable environment:
- Power Tone - A low impact aerobics class with body bars/resistance bands, targeting the upper body.
- Empower your mind as well as your muscles by performing basic moves to music
