Postnatal Fitness Classes

Congratulations! And now the next stage, these classes concentrate on getting you back in shape and coping with the physical demands of a newborn**. Abdominal work is safe and progressive allowing you to work at your own pace. Come and meet other new mums, train with your baby close by and enjoy a cuppa and a chat afterwards. Benefits include:
